Root How hot have you got your CPU?

Dunno, but I would be highly surprised if the CPU cannot handle ~115F or more.

Now, whether i is advisable to do so on a continual basis in a passively cooled device like our phones is an entirely different matter - but IIRC I thought it was definitely higher than ~115F
 
Figured it was over 115 - that seems to the low end for most CPUs I have dealt with (granted, those were Computer CPUs, but CPUs nonetheless).

I haven't taken it past 1100 simply b/c I heard of some folks having issues at 1200 and many having issues at 1300.

Wish phones had active cooling without losing the size advantage....
 
I'm pretty sure that on the battery, it says to not exceed 60C or 140F. Now I don't know if that is the point of possible damage or thermal explosion, but that's what it says.
