Help how I can get rid of "sorry! force close"

when I try to open the map application "osmAnd"
this message appears:
sorry! the application OsmAnd (process net.osmand) has stopped unexpectedly. please try agian.
so how i can get rid of this problem

Looks like its some sort of app

Do you have OsmAnd installed as an app? If so, remove it. If you still want to use it...uninstall and reinstall it.

If the app requires root access, make sure you have the option to Allow Unknown Sources turned on in the debug section of the phone Settings.
