Very good point mate, I have to remember to look at the expiration date on these things, geez!!! Lol.
Especially when it's suddenly revived after three years.
Times (and technology) have changed immensely in that time. Current SOCs are more efficient, Android itself likewise, and many OEMs now incorporate battery-saving modes into their software. However your Padrino was a wise man, and his words still hold true today.

this question is really subjective, depends on so many factors. But i guess that on a smartphone as long as the battery last a day, it´s good.
