Help How long should 2.3.4 take to install??

My phone has been stuck on a black screen for about 10 minutes now and nothing! Downloaded fine, installed and small android character was near a box with an arrow for about 4 minutes, then the big M and dual core message came up and flashed and now black screen. WTF is going on???
 
Went about 25 minutes with black screen and pulled the battery. Rebooted phone and was on att logo for about a minute and GB fired right up. Looks good and allow install of non market apps is great!
 
it took a total of 30 minutes for mine to install and be up and running. So if it has not been that long (which it should have been by now), I recommend walking away from your phone and coming back in 30.

Also since it looks like it has been more than 30 minutes, did your phone ever get back up and running?
