How long do you plan on keeping your Triumph? I am gonna hold on to mine for a while longer at least until we get a fully working ICS or even JB. I had my eyes on the HTC EVO V from VM. It looks to be a much better phone than the Triumph and it already comes with ICS. I have been dying to get off GB. I am getting a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 for my b day which comes with ICS as well so it won't be long before I get a sweet taste of ICS.
 
Maybe till black Friday. Depends on what's sakes are going on and what phones there are. Got my triumph last year for 130. Maybe I can get another good deal.
 
Probably until a plan better than the VM $25/month plan comes along, since the Triumph is the most powerful phone you can use on that plan.

If I had to switch today for some unforeseen reason, it would probably be to the $30 TMobile plan (if that still exists), because that seems to be the best plan that is currently available as a new plan (though I haven't done much checking recently) for someone who rarely makes phone calls but likes essentially unlimited text and data on an Android phone.
 
Keeping it as long as I can. Picked up the N7. Since then the Triumph has been relegated to hotspot and phone duties only. It performs both of those duties fine.
