How Many Users in here using the Metro S4?

ok so i got the t-mobile note 2 cause the wife did not like the S4. Took it to a guy in the area and he unlocked it. tomorrow I get to get the sim card and activate it. Also try to return the new S4... Happy Wife good life happy wife good...

if it was t-mobile you didn't have to unlock it....
 
yea I did, even the sign on the store says "bring your unlocked device" I could not get a sim card till it was unlocked. Every Metropcs store said I had to have it unlocked before they would sell me the sim card and activate it. heck if you go to the web site (MetroPCS) and try to buy a sim card it has you check to see if it is stolen. Then it says it needs you will have to have it unlocked and so on.

Yes Averagewonder she did not like it so now I have to try and get them to take back the new S4 Customer service said to take it to a corp. store. but we shall see.

I will tell you out of frustration I put a metro sim(albeit it, it was paired to the appropiate IMEI) in an Xperia Z(which at the time it was 2 days old brand new in box) without unlocking, and it worked without a hitch, just an FYI for future reference, if it's t-mobile branded, no unlocking is required.
