Has anybody been able to use the $30 loyalty discount? Has anybody paid less then $259 when pre-ordering?

When all things were included the cost I got was $289.

My account says $649, so passing on new device until January (line upgrade).

I was going to perhaps take the plunge for $589, but holding off for 4G in my area (apparently later this month). If we really get 4G soon, I may review, but my CFO (Chief Female Officer) may put a BOOT up my A$$.

I got it for $199 using my last $100 NE2. If Costco comes out with a bundle like they did for the Bionic (within 14 days) then I'll take it back to VZW, get my NE2 back, and get the bundle.

Did you have to call or chat to get that? It shows on most other phones, but when I pick the razr is disappears.

For some reason the price shows as 269.99 on the upgrade page, but when I go to check out, it changes to 299.99. Verizon CSRs were not able to explain why this might be.

Any ideas?

Mine showed $249 from the Upgrade page. But like you, when I would drop it into my cart it would show the $299 price. I called and talked to a CSR and she was able to see the same pricing that I did. She said it was probably showing my NE2 discount. I told her I am not elegible for my NE2 till June. Also if that were the case why was it showing normal prices for all the other phones (namely the iPhones that they litter the top of every page with). She couldn't explain it. I told her I don't care what the reason was I wanted the phone for $249 since that is what it says on that page. They ended up charging the $299 + tax + $20 (I think for taking my early upgrade) then they are going to credit my account back the $50 difference in price. Once it ships I should see the final cost.
