I used my $30 discount. I paid $269 + tax (which was like $24 or something).
Mine showed $249 from the Upgrade page. But like you, when I would drop it into my cart it would show the $299 price. I called and talked to a CSR and she was able to see the same pricing that I did. She said it was probably showing my NE2 discount. I told her I am not elegible for my NE2 till June. Also if that were the case why was it showing normal prices for all the other phones (namely the iPhones that they litter the top of every page with). She couldn't explain it. I told her I don't care what the reason was I wanted the phone for $249 since that is what it says on that page. They ended up charging the $299 + tax + $20 (I think for taking my early upgrade) then they are going to credit my account back the $50 difference in price. Once it ships I should see the final cost. For some reason the price shows as 269.99 on the upgrade page, but when I go to check out, it changes to 299.99. Verizon CSRs were not able to explain why this might be.
Any ideas?
Did you have to call or chat to get that? It shows on most other phones, but when I pick the razr is disappears.
