Help How much have Samsung messed with 2.1

Updated Mrs' phone to 2.1 Tmobile update, and my god what a mess Samsung have made of 2.1

No OTA update checks, no wifi sleep policy.

I think she wants me to buy her a Wildfire instead!

I agree with OTA (over the air) updates not being available are a pain.

However, it's easy to do updates yourself, and there are numerous un-official guides to help you.
