Apps How much time it takes to develop a module

Am hoping to create a corporate data container that i will install on every employee device in a BYOD environment for my dissertation in my final year.My question is, Is it possible using Android and if so how long does it take to complete a module like this.Please help

What do you mean by "module"?
What do you mean by "corporate data container"?

Sorry but these terms are ambiguous and meaningless unless you put them in a specific context for what you want to achieve.

And how long it would take depends on

1. Experience level of the person implementing it
2. What functionality you wish to have (client/server model, or standalone app, for example)
