How much would Gamestop give me for my PS3?

I have the original fat ps3, its an 80gig and i got it winter of 2007. The problem is, it wont read discs anymore so i wanted to sell it to gamestop toward a new ps3. I take good care of my stuff, its just really old lol. But anyway's i just wanted to know how much i would get for it.

They'll test it while you are there to ensure that it's a working model. You said it doesn't read discs, so they will definitely not take it. It wouldn't be worthwhile, so don't bother.

I don't think they take broken consoles as stated above.

They took my original 360 that was on the verge of red rings of death and would freeze the second it was turned on. Gave me less then half of what they originally would of gave me though.
