I'm not sure if there's a software lock preventing it from registering on IP's or not. If not, it should hypothetically work since all internet access comes from either wifi or tethered mobile devices
It could be a set of frames that fit google glass for those who need perscription lenses.
Would be an expensive fake, asking price is HK$13,000, that's about $1700 US. Expensive for Glass anyway.

The pair in the picture at least looks pretty authentic, pretty much a dead on match to the pair I have. But you never know.

Yeah, that would indeed be quite the fake of that was the case.
It's a frame with blank lenses in, and you attach the Glass part to it. Can get prescription lenses made for them if desired. Ideally should be able to attach Glass to a pair of glasses that you might already have, if one needs glasses to see that is.
"OK, Google..." when I'm in the Google app on my phone seems to work in HK. Doesn't work in mainland PRC though. "One China, two systems"
So could be the same for "OK, Glass". But at the price they're asking, I won't be finding out for myself any time soon. LOL

I'm still considering getting a pair of these. The frames come free if you buy glass, original asking price is about $250 usd.
