How often are Android updates

Hi all would like to know how often are official android updates ? And are they all for the same devices or is there specific updates for each device? thanks

Hello Kooba and welcome to AndroidForums. As far as Google updates, there really isn't a pattern, other than there seems to be roughly 1 or two .1 updates a year. Sometimes the smaller .0.1 updates come rather quickly, and sometimes rather slowly. But rest assured, as long as you are running a stock nexus tablet, or non-carrier branded nexus phone, you will get the update roughly the day it is released.
