Help How ofthen should you Reboot your Phone?

If you notice performance hiccups or lag after a number of hours (of the phone being up) is it time to reboot?

You shouldn't HAVE to reboot your phone that much. If you're experience those type of issues, it's probably related to some apps you've installed. Every phone (yes, even iphones) need to be rebooted from time to time though.

I have cron set to reboot mine every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
I don't need to do that, but since I have cron working it has to do something for me.

under phone settings and developer tools

the problem i found is that after you do reboot, this setting gets reset back to standard. though i checke the setting next to it about not keeping activities after you close them and that's seemed to help

I've had a problem with my Nexus crashing every now and again. I never had to reboot my HTC Desire, but will try the background process limit you suggested.

It was mentioned to make the process limit to 4. The default is set to "standard." Anyone know what the standard is?
