Uhm... do you, like, have any concrete plans on how to do that? I don't know what the people in these forums are like, but in most other programming forums I have learned that spoonfeeding is not the... best way to help.
I'd say you start with a mockup screen and a rough plan on how your app is gonna work. These people here can help you on the way.
