You can't CC/BCC (texting is not emailing). You can send, however, the same text to many people (just keep adding them up on the TO: line). If you are on stock i777, I think the limit is 10 people. When rooted, depending on your ROM you can add many more. This would be the equivalent to CC.
The equivalent to BCC, you would have to change the settings on your phone so it does not send your phone number (like when you get "unknown" callers). But I doubt the other phone will want to receive a text message from an unknown number.
