How to add words to Android dictionary?

Hello,
I am using the Go Keyboard with T9 and I can't find it anywhere how I can add a new word to the dic so I don't have to type it every single time....

Open Go Keyboard Settings>Input Settings>Turn on "Learn New Words". Everytime you hit space after typing a word, if that word is not in the dictionary, it will be added automatically. Not sure how this works on T9 mode though since I use QWERTY, but it works perfectly that way on my mode.

I have that enabled and I can't the thing to learn any words. I have to type my wife's name in and I still get it switched.

But you said you were in T9 mode? So you are in alphanumeric? It probably means learn new words only works in QWERTY. I've tested it, and I was able to teach it a new word which shows up in the suggestion box when I type in the first few letters (its a word from my native language which is not part of the supported languages). So Go learned that new word. However trying it on the alphanumeric keyboard with T9 didn't work. learning new words only works for the QWERTY dictionary.
