Help How to adjust sound of voice during call?

Does anybody know how to adjust the sound of a voice of someone talking on phone? When I go into call settings, all it said was other call settings then it listed 5 settings.
 
If the sound coming in is too loud/soft, do you have a volume button? On my phone it is same one fir music volume.

yup, the built in volume buttons on the side of the phone work for Volume for Ringer, In-call, and Media

During the call it'll adjust In-call Volume

With No call just looking at home screens it'll adjust Ringer Volume

While playing a game or music it'll adjust Media Volume, which if i recall correctly Media Volume is Games, Music, and Notifications
