Help How to attach a word doc when replying to an email

Hi all,

This is really annoying!

when i want to reply a mail with an attachment (word/pdf), the mail attach function doesn't have this option. It takes us to the gallery for selecting pics. the only way i get to attach the docs are by long pressing the doc and selecting the email share option, but this is okay for a new mail, but not for replying or forwarding an email .

How did the OS miss this basic functionality of emails?

Any body here, have any idea to attach a doc while replying, this is the most needed function on a smartphone, which android doesn't have...

Even my wave s8500 has this function???

Install a file manager app. Astro is considered one of the best. Astro is a standalone file manager, so you can access all folders and files on the Note, just like a real computer.

Anyway, when you use the "attach" feature in Gmail, you are given the choice of attaching from the Gallery, or from Astro. Choose Astro, and then nav to where your file is saved.

This is one big plus over the iPhone... I don't think you can attach any file by replying to an email.
