Help How to back up my Admire

I'm looking to poke around in the system files, but im looking to back up all the information I have on the admire (contacts, system settings, ect.) that is rooted. I heard that (I believe this is what it's called) titanium back up can brick the admire and i dont want to be out of a phone. Can anyone tell me a safe and effective way to back up my phone?

Just back everything up in cwm if you have it installed already. (Hold p ower, back, volume down)
