Root How to backup and restore EVERYTHING?

I got a Cricket R915 from a friend completely screwed up by flashing something for the R910 in Odin. He has another R915 at home that's working fine, hasn't been messed with. Is there any way I can make a full backup of the good one and flash it onto the bad one?
 
Your friend needs to boot into download mode and re odin w/ teh right file. There is no way to install the "image" from the working phone on the bad phone unless the bad phone is rooted with CWM and he loads a nandroid.

But yeah, you're right; a complete wipe with Odin is the best course of action in that case... :(
Which brings me to this point: Please, please, please, if you have an indulge, do not flash the wrong files to it. Actually, that statement works for any phone.
To the op, visit the indulge's IRC channel on freenode for one on one help for that issue, and follow the instructions of someone with an @ sign in front of their nickname.
