Help How to backup NV?

no clue lol never done that before. I was just saying we do have recovery.

I know we can backup our NVram through qpst. Which I believe is the same nv they are talking about.

How can i do that? How do you access the hidden menu(RMNET+DM+MODEM) on LG Spirit?
