Root how to backup ROM

Hi,

I am newbie here.
I have installed ROM Manager and rooted phone via superoneclick software, however I cannot make ROM backup.
My phone is not on the list.
Question is how can i backup existing OS, before playing with my phone?

Yes or you can use Arkas Custom ROM.
