Is there any app which can block or disable apps of other mobile using same wifi connection. For example I want facebook app, dailymotion app and google play are not accessed internet..

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking? Do you want to remotely block apps using your phone/tablet?
There are parental control apps that would probably do the trick, but they'd need to be installed on the other device and you'd need to set them up to prohibit the apps you want.
