Ok I have some news for metro users for android 4.4.2 I was able to manage to tether native on the phone to a computer but cant connect to xbox or any online pc o game console game but the rest netflix youtube and more sorry for gamers im looking to solve the problem maby soon but for now follow the instructions
#1 make a backup
#2 flash this zip on cwm o twrp

#3 after boot go to xposed intaller and install the xposed framework
#4 reboot
#5 go to xposed installer and go to modules and active mototehter
#6 reboot go to settings

#6 reboot go to settings more networks tethering and tether all you want =) if you like my work a like this post
 
If you still see the metro hot spot website after doing all the above go to settings more networks apns and reset to default
 
Xposed installer and motother are for tmobile or metro but the zip from dropbox I modify some files to bypass the metro hotspot website I dont know if it works for t mobile you might loose service so only for metro please I try to make one for t mobile later just need a system folder from a tmobile phone if anyone need to bypass the tmobile hotspot website pm me
