Help How to capture screenshots on Nexus 7?

I have done a search in the forum, and found some threads about this, but they mention "root", "DDMS", etc, and I don't know these terms.

Someone has some idea about how can I capture a screenshot on my Google Nexus 7 tablet? Is there some app for this?
