Apps How to capture the screen under Android4.0 by API?

Hi,guys.
I know using HOME and VOICE button can capture the screen without ROOT under 4.0 system, but now I need capture it using API in my code.
Anyone help me, thanks.

This was not a feature In older API versions, however there are ways to take a "picture" of anything your application has drawn, but that's all
