How to cause a boot loop?

Hi I hope someone can help,my current phone has Android 2.1 (update 1) and I would like to know how I can cause it to go into a boot loop or if that's not possible cause it to be unable to start-up without physically breaking/damaging the phone... please help

My phone model is a Sony Ericsson Xperia X8...

Why exactly are you trying to get your phone to bootloop?

Thanks D-U-R-X Sorry I should have said this in my opening post, this is my old phone I now have a Galaxy S3 and I was messing around with it installing a boat-loader,etc. So I thought it could be fun to send it into a boot loop or unable to start-up and try and fix it as there are numerous other posts on this as I am in no need of it anymore so there is no risk and it is so worn out that there's no point of giving it away

Sorry I haven't installed a boot-loader on it yet..., didn't want to as it will remove everything on it's internal memory so if possible I would like to avoid doing so , was getting confused as I did it for my friends phone last week...
