How to change default launcher?

Am I missing something quite obvious? I downloaded Nova and Regina,everytime I pressed Home it offered the choice of launcher,so set Regina to default,now I can't change it,any help appreciated

One more thing,sometimes pages on Google take ages to load,is it when the Google locations are on,do they slow things down and cause poor battery life?

Go into Setting, Apps, find Regina and press the 'clear defaults' button. Then next time you press home it will give you the choice again.

I'm not sure about your other question.

I generally leave locations on and I don't find it has a negative impact on battery life or performance, so I think you should be fine.
