I mean not shortcuts on desktop (I've already changed them with Desktop VisualizeR) - these ones in menu. Is it possible? I want to customize them without any new skin.

Welcome to AF! :)

You mean when you open your app drawer? As far as I'm aware, I'm not sure that's possible unfortunately (at least not without root). I could be totally wrong, hopefully one of the more experienced themers will be able to correct me/confirm.

Hi c:
Well, thank you anyway. I guess I have to try to root my phone once more (because every method I tried failed).

I have tried it and its not possible you can only change them if you use a theme that has different icons but you can't choose what icon you want.

If you're rooted you can change anything you want. It'll take some time and a lot of searching/ learning new stuff.

You can decompile the app .apk and swap out the .PNG image for the icon. Problem is you'll need to do each one individually.
Also depends on what version of android you're running. Older versions were relatively easy to do this, now with ICS the apk tool is different and it takes some tweaking to get it set up. I still haven't been able to sit down and spend the time to figure it out.
