I've looked all through the settings but can't seen to find anyway to change the shortcuts that apart on the lock screen. Anyone know how to do this?

Unfortunately there currently is not a way of changing the shortcuts. You could download a 3rd party lock screen app like Widget Locker to customize the lock screen.
I did notice that there was a feature request for this on Motorola Forums, but it doesn't mean it will get implemented in a future software release.

Thanks dude, installed Widget Locker and it seems to fill the gap for me. Kind of confusing to configure it but once you figure it out its not that bad. Thanks again!
