Help How to change media tone

When I go into settings > volume there are four items:

Incoming Call
Media
System
Notification

How do I change the tones for Media and System please?

Media and System aren't tones. They refer to the volume of the media that gets played and the volume of the system sounds. At least that's my understanding of it.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Much appreciated.

What got me asking the question about the media tone is that I have three Android phones and music is different on all of them (even two of the same model). That's what made me think it could be altered.
