Help How to change message tone to mp3?

Does anyone know know how to change the message tone to a mp3?

I could on the S3, but not sure how to on the s5.

If you mean the notification, in Settings/Device/Sound/Default notification sound.

Will that change all the notification sounds. I only want to change the text messaging tone.
