Help How to change ringtone?

OK - when I got the phone - I changed the ringtone from the TMobile Jingle to Silent Night,

Now - I'm tired of "Silent Night" and it's too soft.

No Biggie - I change the ringtone. Fine - every time the phone has to be rebooted - it goes back to "Silent Night". Any ideas?

Turn the phone off, turn the phone on, the ringtone went back? And you checked it after you changed it (got a call) and it had actually changed? I'm guessing something wrong in the phone.

I changed it to "Percussion". Got a call with the new ringtone. Rebooted - and - it went back to "Silent Night"

I found the following when doing a Google search. could be a bug but not necessarily unique to the LG G2.
