Android, like all mobile OS's, has to be built for the specific hardware (the exact device, not just something using the same SoC for example). So the question is whether there is an alternative build for that particular device?

The alternative is to root and install a custom ROM, if anyone has built a custom ROM for this device (which, to be honest, is unlikely).

Those are the only options, I'm afraid. Try to install anything else and either it won't install or it will brick the device.

i don't know sir. because my tablet has a virus and the android system has malfunction. all part of android system won't stop pop up in my screen and it's very annoying that's why i want to change the android system sir.

You very likely can't change Android version, not unless the manufacturer provides one. Is what's it's currently running all full of Japanese stuff and bloat, i.e. its Android OS has been heavily customized.

On the back it states Lenovo, which is Chinese. So I guess it's something they just do for the Japanese market, and is only available in Japan AFAICT.

You could try factory resetting it. Which the top item in the recovery.

However was this tablet rooted, if it was and the malware got into system, it will have to be reflashed completely. And the ROM would have to come from Yamada I guess, but I think Yamada is a supermarket company in Japan. So it's probably something they've had specially made for them by Lenovo. But there's nothing about it on Lenovo's website.

FWIW we don't get much about Japanese Androids on there, probably because of language. And more information is very likely to be found on Japanese tech forums.
