How to Change Startup Wallpaper?

Is it possible to change the factory-set screen image that the Note displays before that finger-swipe that opens up one's desktop?

Can this be done via something in Settings that I'm managing to not-find, or is this one of those rooting-required things?

There are a few ways to change wallpaper.

1) Long press on your Home screen and select 'Set Wallpaper' then choose 'Lock Screen'

2) Settings > Display > Wallpaper > Lock screen
