Help How to change the threaded view to folder view in messaging? Please help!

Just bought my Samsung Galaxy Ace. I have a few questions again. How can you change the threaded view to a folder view in messaging? How to set a ringtone of your desired sound?
 
dont know abt msging but in order to set a different ringtone..open the default music player..find ur ringtone in the song list...touch on ur ringtone's name and hold..on the option menu select Set as phone ringtone...
