Help How to change wifi frequency?

I'm have a galaxy s4 on lollipop. I want to change the wifi frequency but the option is not there. I went to settings -> wifi -> advanced, but it just isn't there. I've seen pictures of lollipop with the option showing.

Does the galaxy s4 not have the option?

The North American versions, i337 and i337M do, so chances are good that they all do.
