hello can anyone help me with this i just bought this phone and explored but didnt manage to find any apps that can check how many minutes i have called all this , anyone help pls fully appreciated

There are various apps in the market that expand your call log information. I use Phonalyzr.

Are you on Verizon? Verizon has an app that'll allow you to check your usage.
