How to clear cache and cookies?????

can anybody please talk me through how to clear my phones cache and cookies on my sgs2. I read somewhere to go into menu and go to more but i do not/cannot find that option anywhere. Please help

I assume your on stock browser?

open browser
menu>more>settings then clear cache, and clear all cookie data

explain how to get into menu are you just talking about the widget menu?? if so i have done that but there is no 'more' option

never mind i re read and saw open browser. if i go into the internet widget it comes up with a home page. can you explain again for a first time user of smartphones
