How to Combine S Notes

How do I do this? I used to be able to easily convert an action note into an S note and converge them but after an update late? Last year, this option seems to have disappeared. Someone please help? Thanks

Did you ask Samsung? I have a Samsung device but am a newbie so I don't know what happened to it either but that's where I would go. Their live chat is very responsive, not even wait time.
