Help How to copy & paste in arc?

Hi guys, can anybody guide me to do the above?
I need to learn this to forward emails as I only forward the contents of the mails & not the original sender's details. Email etiquette!

Some email apps only let you copy/paste text if youre editing an email, not if youre just reading one. So you have to forward the email just to be able to copy the text (long press, select copy all). You should then be able to paste the copied text (long press again) into a new blank email.
