Help How to customize the apps menu

the menu is sort by name, but I have got lots of apps, it is hard to find particular apps, so I want to customize the menu, or add some folders to classify the apps..so how to do that?

You could try an alternative launcher like GO Launcher, ADW or Launcher Pro.

I probably aught to try Launcher Pro sometime. I installed Go Launcher EX and the noticifations addon and have stuck with it since. Does Launcher Pro offer much that Go Launcher doesn't?

Not sure mate, I've always used Go Launcher.

I think what is intended by Google, is that you put the shortcuts you use on the Homescreen! At least that's what I do.. I hardly ever use the drawer.
