If i wanted to delete a boot Animations how do i do that i use root explorer but i t wont allow me to remove the zip file it says "cannot be deleted file system is read-only" what to do?
Well the 1 step way would be to install 2.2 OTA (how I lost my custom boot animation).
Seriously though... I'm not rooted so not sure about root explorer, but you can always replace the boot animation with another using whatever method you used in the first place. I personally used the instructions on a thread here.
