How to delete hotmail contacts from htc one sv

I did not realize, beforehand, that adding my hotmail and gmail and facebook accounts to my htc one sv automatically leads to all my contacts from the accounts inserting themselves into my contacts list on the phone.

Is there an easy way to delete them all??? And to stop this happening in the future???

Also...is it possible for me to somehow copy my phone contacts from my old iphone 3g with whited00r 6 into a file or email which I can then add to my new htc one sv contacts????

You can go in your contacts and hide them from showing up. And you can delete sync accounts.
