Root How to determine cause of reboots?

My phone keeps randomly rebooting. I'm assuming it's caused by an app, but have no way to determine which one.

I've already switched ROMs, but used TiBu to restore my apps, so the problem followed me.

I have an SM-G900T running Sick & Twi5ted 3.2 (KK 4.4.2) with the latest radio.

Are these crashes logged, and is there something that I can use (via ADB or an app) that will read the logs and help me narrow it down? I really don't want to have to spend weeks installing an app or two and running the phone for a day or two to see if I can narrow it down that way.

You can't use titanium to restore apps from kit kat because lollipop use art and kit Kat uses davlic you would have to download all your apps again from play store and back them up again with lollipop here's a link to understand the difference between art and davlic
