Hello, i need some guidance to develop a GPS Tracking application with online control panel to manage the user and etc.
Please guide me how can i make one.
i need some help starting up with it, i am bit confused how to get started
i already saw google project on it, but they are offline based they just show data in mobile. i need that user can't view in mobile mode.
It only track using mobile and internet connection or without it using network
and then user can go to online management panel and view it using that.
please guide me guys !
