HOW TO DISABLE BATTERY TEMPERATURE TOO LOW POP UP???

Is the phone and car temperature at below 0 degrees C? Because basically you can't charge lipo batteries at below freezing temperatures, and the phone might be telling you that. Once the car is running and things have warmed up, it will be OK.

You can't disable that warning because it's just telling you that the safety feature is being activated. Forcefully charging a battery whose temperature is too low is a good way to make it explode.

Please note, this doesn't modify any functionality, it just disables the pop-ups. The battery will not and should not charge when overheated.

Sure that also applies to too cold as well, you've killed the warning, but it still won't charge, until it's within the specified temp range. And it assumes you've got a Samsung Galaxy S3 and it's rooted. Is your own phone rooted?

Consumer-grade lithium-ion batteries should not be charged at temperatures below 0 °C (32 °F). Although a battery pack may appear to be charging normally, electroplating of metallic lithium can occur at the negative electrode during a subfreezing charge, and may not be removable even by repeated cycling. Most devices equipped with Li-ion batteries do not allow charging outside of 0–45 °C for safety reasons, except for mobile phones that may allow some degree of charging when they detect an emergency call in progress.[85]

BTW that's one reason why electric bikes and trikes here in northern China are conventional lead-acid battery and not lithium. And things like Tesla cars that use lipo batteries, actually have a special heater that can warm the batteries if needed for cold and freezing climates.

The only solution is to wait for the battery to heat up or cool down until it reaches the required temperature. This is a safety feature so your phone's battery won't explode. Even if you disable pop-ups, you won't be able to charge the battery. Hope this helps.
 
Last week we finally had some cold weather here in Helsinki, and now the notification seems to on permanently. No it's not that cold in my apartment, and my phone charges just fine.

I just wanted to add my experience feedback. I had the same issue : alert for low temperature. And later shutdown and unable to restart the xiaomi 9T pro : icon of crossed batterie with red low level.
I thought it was after a Miui app update.

I have to add to my comment that I changed the screen a month ago. I use it since, without having completely glued the back.
So it's easier to access during test period if ever I add an issue.

When I open again the back of the 9 TPRO to access to the battery, I was able to restart it and the battery level was indicated 25% where yesterday it was 3% before troubleshooting. Just opening the cover, was just surprising to have this effect.
12 minutes later, I was with 60% and again a temperature alert. It shut down again and again unable to restart it.

So I decided to just disconnect the battery to have a hardware reaction. When I unscrewed the 12 screws of the upper zone, I discovered that the battery has disconnected from its plug. But I'm sure I connected it well and firmly last time
So, after reconnecting the battery firmly, I was able to charge it again, and restarting it. And since this action, no more temperature alert.

Maybe, you could check that the battery is still well connected on your phone. But you will have to open it.

Smal advice : it's not sure that your problem is the same as mine. If you intend to open you phone, you need to heat it (not too much) for softening the glue. And need a very fine patula tool to open it (0.3mm is not fine enough; 0.2 or 0.15mm is better).
It's not complicated, but if you want to do it without scratchs, buy some special tools. Fine spatula should be in metal. But later, work with plastic tools. It avoids scratch aspects.
