How to disable connection of apps to the internet when 3g is enabled?

Anytime I activate 3G on my Samsung Galaxy S2 the apps are connecting automatically to the internet, and as a result, I loose money. Is there any way to block the connection of apps when 3G is enabled?

Use Droidwall if you have rooted phone .
Blacktlist the apps in droidwall .
