Help How to disable Locations / set Maps as default for contact addresses?

Hi,

I have quite a lot of contacts for which I saved their personal or work addresses. Now and again I want to view their location on the map, set navigation, etc. But when I press the "View home address" button in People, it automatically launches HTC Locations without giving me a choice.

I checked, there is no default set for Locations, and no way to disable it either. This annoys me because Locations is really bad at finding addresses - it's either way off or not finding anything at all.

My Legend used to launch Google Maps by default, no questions asked.

Is there a way to change this without rooting? (assuming it's even possible to fix it with rooting)

There is an app for a work around in Play Store: Select Other Map for HTC
