How to disable Marshmellow update

MHN Droid

Lurker
I can not have Marshmellow. Notifications on my Moto 360 watch stop working if BT disconnects. Reconnecting BT works, but the call and text messaging notifications I get on the watch face still do not work. I have to unpair the watch , pair again which is a long process, ridiculous to say the least.
I bought a "New" M8 on Amazon that has Lollipop (5.0.1) and I am OK now. B U T

I am now getting the notifications to update to Marshmellow with the only choices "Later" or "Now"

I can make it go away by closing the app that is currently running the notification (using the "Square over the Square" button.

If I go to the app manager and force stop the "Updater" it seems to stop the notifications untill I restart the phone. Note that the checkbox to stop its notifications is disabled.

Isnt there a specific file that I can delete ? I can browse the phone folders when I connect to my PC but there are 100's of files with cryptic names, I dont want to delete the wrong one. This process should be permanent?
Thanks

I'm not understanding, why won't your phone and watch work together if you download Marshmallow? It actually sounds like you need the updates to fix your notification problems, rather than to keep living with the Bluetooth issue.

I am trying to keep a long story short.
There is no fix for my problem with Marshmallow. (6.0.X)
